Of the 54 municipalities in Aichi Prefecture, only Okazaki City, Ichinomiya City, Nishio City, Chiryu City, Takahama City and Ama City (6) cover outpatient care to Age 15. The other 48 cover it through age 18.
Takahama City does not meet coverage through age 18 of the three conditions (coverage through age 18, no income limit, no co-payment). In Aichi Prefecture, 47 of 54 municipalities meet all three.
