Of the 42 municipalities in Gifu Prefecture, only Mino City, Minokamo City and Shirakawa Village (3) cover outpatient care to Age 15. The other 39 cover it through age 18.
Mino City does not meet coverage through age 18 of the three conditions (coverage through age 18, no income limit, no co-payment). In Gifu Prefecture, 39 of 42 municipalities meet all three.
